Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the product ordered, so please check each product's detail page.
For pre-order items, delivery will be made after the release date.

※For products whose shipping date is not specified on the product detail page, we will ship within approximately 10 business days after order confirmation (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, New Year holidays, and summer holidays).
※Please note that this is a "shipping" time, not a "delivery" time, so the actual time it takes to reach you will vary depending on your location and transportation conditions.
※If you order items with different estimated shipping dates simultaneously, all items will be shipped together on the latest estimated shipping date.
※Goods sold at concert or event venues may take more than 10 business days to ship depending on stock availability.

Please note that delivery may be delayed due to the following reasons:
・High volume of orders
・Temporary stockout of products
・Delivery impossible due to force majeure such as weather conditions
・Delay in product manufacturing
・Deficiencies in orders or payments, such as insufficient or excessive charges
・Temporary suspension of shipping operations due to summer holidays, New Year holidays, or long weekends

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, a shipping notification email will be sent to you as a support update. Please check it.
By clicking the [View Order] button in the email, you will be directed to a page displaying the "Shipping Carrier" and "Tracking Number."
Clicking the "Tracking Number" will take you to the shipping carrier's inquiry site, where you can check the shipping status.
If you are a registered member, you can also log in via [Member Information] and check the "Shipping Carrier" and "Tracking Number" from your [Order History].

Shipping Carrier and Delivery Method

Delivery will be made by Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, or Japan Post. You cannot specify a shipping carrier.
※We cannot accommodate requests for specific delivery dates, delivery methods, or special packaging for gifts.
※Orders for delivery to shipping carrier's sales offices, post offices, or convenience stores are not accepted.

Consolidation / Split Shipping

We are unable to consolidate or split shipments of products after an order has been placed.
Items ordered at the same time will be shipped together once all items are ready. Items ordered separately will be shipped separately.

【Standard Shipping】
Nationwide flat rate: 950 yen (tax included)

【Nekoposu】
Nationwide flat rate: 450 yen (tax included)
※If you select Nekoposu shipping, your package will be delivered to your mailbox (if it doesn't fit, it will be returned).
※Nekoposu shipping may result in loss or damage. We are not responsible for any loss or damage after delivery to the mailbox. Please use this service only if you agree to these terms. By selecting Nekoposu shipping, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

・If "Nekoposu eligible item" is indicated on the product detail page, you can select Nekoposu shipping.
・Products not marked as "Nekoposu eligible item" on the product detail page are only available for standard shipping. Thank you for your understanding.

【International Shipping】
The cost varies by country and region. Please check the payment page.
※Our store uses the DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) shipping method. After your package arrives in the destination country/region/state, you may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, and VAT at the time of delivery.
※Please comply with all laws and regulations stipulated in the destination country/region/state.
※Customs clearance conditions vary by destination, so please contact the relevant customs authority for details.

Receipt of Goods

If you are not available at the time of delivery, please follow the instructions on the undeliverable notice left by the delivery company to receive your product.
If you do not receive the product within the storage period, it will be returned to the w.o.d. Official Store.
Please contact us using the dedicated inquiry form on the "Frequently Asked Questions" page within 2 weeks of the return. The order will be canceled if 2 months have passed since the return.
※As a general rule, refunds will not be issued for cancellations.
※The customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs for re-shipping.
※If there are repeated cases of refusal to accept, long-term absence, or re-shipping due to customer's convenience, we may restrict your use of our services. Please ensure to receive your products.
