What is a security code?
A security code is a special code used to prevent unauthorized use of credit and debit cards. Please see below for details on each credit card.
- For VISA, MasterCard, and JCB, the 3-digit number is written on the back of the credit card (located immediately to the right of the main card number).
- American Express uses the 4-digit number on the front of your credit card (located in the upper right corner of your main card number).
If you do not know or cannot read the security code, please contact the bank or credit card company listed on your card.
Convenience store settlement
Administrative fee: 330 yen (tax included)
Payment method: Please pay at one of the convenience stores selected on the payment method input screen within 3 days from the day after your order.
*Convenience store payments must be paid in advance. We will arrange to ship the products in the order in which we receive confirmation of payment. If the payment deadline has passed, your order will be cancelled.
Example: Order date December 1, 2021 → Payment deadline December 4, 2021

If paying at a convenience store, you will be redirected to the KOMOJU payment page after pressing the "Complete Order" button.
Select the convenience store you wish to use and press the [Purchase Procedure] button.
*The customer number, confirmation number, and payment deadline required for payment will be displayed (items vary depending on the convenience store selected), so please be sure to print them out or write them down.
*KOMOJU will send you an email containing the number necessary for payment, but if you have set up to receive emails, please remove the filter for "@komoju.com" and send it to no-reply@komoju.com. Please configure your settings so that you can receive emails from.
<Note>
1.The payment name on the receipt, which is a "customer receipt", is "DEGICA".
2. Please be sure to keep the original receipts and payment stubs issued when you complete your payment at a convenience store. (If we cannot confirm proof of payment, we may not be able to provide post-purchase support.)
PayPay・LINE Pay・Merpay
You will need to download the PayPay/LINE Pay/Mercari (Merpay) app in advance and register your information.
By registering your bank account or credit card with PayPay, you can pay from the registered credit card or from the amount loaded with cash from a Seven Bank ATM.

atone Next month payment (convenience store/account transfer)
atone is a next month payment service that anyone can use right away. You can pay for this month's usage at a convenience store or by bank transfer the following month.
You can earn 1 point for every 200 yen, which is a great value for NP points that can be used for shopping at atone. For more information, please visit atone's official page .
■Payment method We will email you the number required for payment at the beginning of the month following your purchase. Please pay by the 10th of the following month using a convenience store terminal such as Loppi or a bank ATM (Pay-easy).
You can choose from the following four payment methods. Please complete the procedure by the end of the month using the smartphone app or web My Page.
(1) Convenience store terminal / Bank ATM (Pay-easy) *Standard setting
(2) Electronic barcode (convenience store)
(3) Postcard bill (convenience store)
(4) Account transfer
*Payments cannot be made at convenience store terminals/bank ATMs (Pay-easy) at 7-Eleven.
*Electronic barcode/postcard bills can also be paid at 7-Eleven.
■Notes - Payment fees are free.
・A billing fee of 209 yen (tax included) will be charged only for the month of use. (Free for bank transfer)
・The payment due date varies depending on the payment method.
